The property also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. With outdoor parking inside the property, you can easily come and go as you please. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home, the garden and the shared pool. Nestled in the serene countryside of São João das Lampas, the property offers a tranquil escape just a short drive from the bustling cultural hub of Sintra. Surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, this location is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. For beach enthusiasts, the nearby Praia da Samarra and Magoito Beach provide stunning coastal views and a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Whether you’re looking to relax on golden sands or catch some waves, these beaches are just a quick drive away. History and culture are within easy reach as well, with the enchanting town of Sintra only 20 minutes away by car. Explore the fairytale palaces, such as Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira, or take in the panoramic views from the Moorish Castle. A visit to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, is also a must for its dramatic cliffs and stunning ocean vistas. Local amenities in the village of São João das Lampas include charming cafes, restaurants, and shops where you can savour traditional Portuguese cuisine and experience the local way of life. For those who enjoy a round of golf, several top-rated courses are within easy driving distance. While the property is ideally accessed by car, the surrounding area offers well-maintained roads and convenient connections to major highways leading to Lisbon, Cascais, and beyond. The property is easily accessible by taxi, uber and car. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
