Tastefully decorated, this lovely 60m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Important note: it is on the 5th floor without a lift (you must climb several flights of stairs to get to the flat's entrance). The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and a wardrobe, and they come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. If you're interested, a paid car park across the road at the Hotel Pessoa is open 24/7. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Please keep in mind that the baby crib is only available upon request. This makes it an ideal base for exploring the city and all it has to offer. With its great location and easy access to public transportation, guests can easily visit popular attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Wonderful view over the city rooftops and lots of natural light. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable.Please take care because the ceilings are low in some areas of the apartment, and there are many narrow steps (no elevator).The area was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We would recommend Sacramento, Duque and Gunpowder.Check in and check out was very easy, and the host was very responsive to our questions about where to buy coffee pods for the machine.
