The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a single one. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The nearest tram stop, Estação De Santo Amaro, is just a 2-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Séjour de 5 nuits en novembre 2024 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Alan 29 août 2025 Points faibles : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement. This is the worse place to stay and i would give this negative stars if possible. I booked for 3 night and only stayed 1 (did not sleep at all! Very noisy!) And left immediately the next morning. I checked in at like 11pm and left at sunrise. Place is dangerous, stair well is slippery and dark and unsafe. Very dark hallways, the place is extremely old. Stairs creak with every step and you can also hear every single person coming in and out of the building. The floor is unstable and uneven. The WHOLE apartment shakes violently all night due to train passing by nearly bridge. You will not be able to sleep. When we 1st stepped into the apartment, it reeked of sewers. I assume it was coming from the bathroom. We put down out suitcases after almost tripping and slipping many time and proceeded to the washroom to wash our hands - to then only find out the sink is backed up and drains very slowly. The shower is dirty and moldy. Doors wont close, broken. Shower floor is slippery. The bedrooms and living room will not look like the pictures. The walls are old and dusty and has stains and discolorment to them... scary looking. Do not book unless you are into haunted houses or something. Very loud all night from the train, apartment shakes like it will break evertime the train passes by. Sadly to top it off - the host was rude, dishonest and lacks morale and reasoning. Wasted time and money - had to spend more money to stay elsewhere the rest of my stay in Lisbon - avoid at all cost! ##### Alan Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### megan d. 19 oct. 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Unsafe building practices, smelly apartment in a great location Repeatedly the front door to the building was left unlocked, presumably by other residents including one on third floor who had many late night guests. Final night the locking feature had been completely disabled. Apartment was bare, no amenities and bathroom smelled of sewage or dead animal. Windows did not lock properly. ##### megan d.
