Tastefully decorated, this modern 77m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting and has access to a balcony. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and the second bedroom comes with a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. It is in a fantastic location that allows for easy city exploration. There is always something fascinating to discover with attractions such as the iconic Belém Tower, the historic Castelo de S. Regarding dining options, Restaurante Capricciosa, Churrasqueira do Marquês, and Restaurante Solar dos Nunes offer delicious meals and refreshing drinks. Whether you're a history buff or a food enthusiast, This property is the perfect starting point for your adventure in Lisbon. It is conveniently located near several stations, including Rato (3.9 km), Cais do Sodré (4 km), and Campolide (4.4 km). This makes it easy to explore the city and beyond. Whether you want to visit historical sites, enjoy the vibrant nightlife, or immerse yourself in the local culture, this location is perfect. With its central location, you'll have easy access to all Lisbon offers. A bus station (73B) is in front of the house. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
