APARTMENT \- charming, spacious and bright 1st floor with great light, privacy and peaceful space. \- the windows of the apartment face the inner courtyard of the Sacrament Church, creating a quiet space without the buzz of the city; \- one double bedroom with closet, one spacious marble bathroom with a bathtub, lounge and open kitchen. A BABY FRIENDLY APARTMENT: We like to welcome babies and children with love and affection. That's why we have all the necessary equipment so that the little ones feel very comfortable. Upon request, we can provide a travel baby bed with an extra mattress, bed linens and bath towels, high chair for meals, stroller, bathtub, A playing mat, small table and chairs, toys, books and games depending on age. Pedro met us on arrival and explained everything. They have a binder full of information such as locations and maps from the apartment to ATM’s, groceries, train station, shopping, sites etc. There are restaurant recommendations as well. We’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO’s and Pedro and team were the most organized we’ve seen. They arranged Nadina to pick us up at the airport and also to give us a private tour of Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Cascai and we had a terrific day. We could walk to the TimeOut Market, train station, any restaurant or pastelaria. A/C in both rooms was a necessity, as Lisbon was hit by a heat wave, extremely quiet. Delicious treats from A Manteigaria were waiting for us upon arrival. A binder filled with suggestions and clear instructions on how to use the many amenities in the apartment were also made available. We would definitely like to go back to Lisbon and stay there again. It is very well positioned and extremely well provisioned and Pedro and Ana were so good to deal with. The information given to us was great and we tried out a few of their Restaurant recommendations - with good results. Having stayed in quite a few rental apartments , this one has the most extensive compendium, including how to work the appliances. That is a great help when travelling from a far away place with different types of appliances! We would definitely stay there again if we return to Lisbon. ##### Liz R. He always responded immediately. He met us on arrival and spent at least an hour explaining how things worked, how to get around and recommended things to do. It was like having our own private guide. The apartment itself is brand new renovated with lots of thoughtful touches: a Nespresso with capsules and sugar, a bottle of port to welcome you, reading lights on BOTH sides of the bed, great Wi-Fi , well stocked with plates, glasses etc, good A/C and a comfortable bed. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores and museums. And in a very safe neighborhood. Besides the orientation, there are instruction manuals in every language, and guide books and maps in the apt. One of the best rentals we’ve had. ##### Elizabeth W. This apartment is so wonderful, it is one of the best apartments I stayed before and believe me that I already had experiences in almost every part of the world. Location very central (in the heart of the historic Lisbon center), yet on a quiet street, so no noise at all. Just a few minutes walk of everything (cafe, restaurants, shopping, bars, etc) and the main tourist attractions of the city. The apartment is in a newly renovated building, and everything is modern and in great shape. Also, the apartment is extremely clean and the quality of the linens are also top notch. It also has A/C and also central heating. The hosts are incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. They have a very detailed guide to Lisbon in the apartment. Pedro, who met us, also spent quite a bit of time suggesting a range of places and activities. They also respond immediately to any queries. Pedro is, with no doubts, the very best host I've have dealt with, providing one of the best experiences I ever had. For sure I will return :-) ##### Peter G. The hosts could not be more helpful and welcoming. Pedro was waiting for me outside the apartment to let me in and made sure to walk me through all the details in the apartment and provide me with tips of where to go in the area . It is located on a very quiet street but is mere steps away from the shopping, food and sites that drew us to Lisbon. Pedro and Ana could not have been better hosts. They provided guides to our immediate local area - restaurants/shopping - as well as information for the far reaches of the city and beyond. Pedro even sent us detailed driving instructions for our drive down to the Algarve. The apartment was even equipped with toys and dishes for our toddler. It was hard to convince her to leave some days but Pedro also filled us in on some fantastic children’s parks.
