We stayed as a group of 9 students on spring break, and all had plenty of space to sleep. Both daylight and nighttime activities were accessible by walking, and if they weren't, Ubers were absurdly cheap. The design was clean and minimal, in a good way. The neighborhood was lively but still plenty quiet at night. The wifi was good. The host was responsive and communicative, and met us with a smile at check-in. One of the bathroom showers did leak quite a bit, but it didn't really impact our overall enjoyment of the property because there were 2 bathrooms.
