Strategically situated close to Carmo (downtown Lisbon), known for it's charming square and the Convent ruins. This is the perfect location: between Chiado with all it's shops and attractions and Bairro Alto with it's known nightlife. You have a lot of attractions nearby: shops, fashion restaurants, excellent bars, theatres, monuments, all that Lisbon can offer. You won't be disappointed!

The subway stop of Baixa/Chiado is a 5 min walk to the apartment. Rossio train station is a 2 min walk.

A car is not necessary at all, but if you have one you can use one of the several parkings available being the Chiado parking at 100m from the apartment, the closest one.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a typical Pombalin building recently renovated. The building exterior is made of ceramic tiles and it has the famous iron balconies typicall in Historical Lisbon.

The apartment is in the 5th floor, the last one of the bulding. Please note that there isn't elevator access, a small price to pay for the excellent apartment and view.

The apartment was totally renovated and maintained an high ceiling giving it a big dimension in volume. The materials and decoration were done in such a detail and with excellent good taste that will surprise and create an impact even in the

This bedroom features a roof electric glass window giving you plenty of light and the possibility to felt a sleep looking at the stars. There is another bedroom with two single beds.

There is a modern dining table with space for 6 people where you can enjoy your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. You have a oven, stove, microwave and a full size refrigerator. There is a dish washer and washing machine with dryer at your disposal. The living room and kitchen have access to a small terrace with a glass top, usable even in the winter.
