This thoughtfully designed two-story apartment combines the charm of traditional Portuguese architecture with the comforts of modern living, creating a warm and welcoming space for your stay. Set along a quiet, cobblestone alley, the apartment is spread across two levels and styled with care. Vibrant artwork featuring Lisbon’s skyline, modern decorative touches, and cozy furnishings give the space both character and comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find a charming loft-style bedroom with a sloped wooden ceiling, soft ambient lighting, and a restful double bed dressed in fresh linens and plush pillows. Bedside tables offer added convenience, creating a serene setting to unwind after a day in the city. Downstairs, the bright and airy living area invites you to relax on a mustard velvet sofa, surrounded by colorful wall art and cozy touches. Adjacent to the living room is a stylish dining area with a round table and velvet chairs—perfect for sharing meals or planning your next adventure in Lisbon. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare simple meals or enjoy a quiet breakfast at home. You'll have access to a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, and a coffee machine, along with all the essential cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Modern lighting, air conditioning, and a touch of greenery throughout the apartment contribute to a comfortable and homey atmosphere. The bathroom, though compact, is functional and well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, and shower gel. It features a shower, sink, and toilet. Please note that the space and ceiling height are limited, making it more suitable for guests of average size. The apartment is entirely yours, including exclusive access to the rooftop terrace. Entry is via a secure key box system, with a personalized code sent before check-in. While Alfama is typically peaceful, local festivals (especially in May and June) can bring vibrant nighttime activity that may last past 2 AM. You may also hear the charming sounds of everyday life—Fado music, church bells, and lively neighbors. Please note: \- Access to the apartment is pedestrian-only—no vehicle drop-off at the door. \- The apartment sits on an upper floor, reachable only by steep, narrow stairs, the building does not have an elevator. \- The loft and rooftop terrace are accessed by a vertical, ladder-like staircase and are not suitable for guests with limited mobility or small children. \- Guests must complete a government-required ID form before arrival. \- Check-in is self-guided, with clear instructions and access codes provided on the day of check-in. \- Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. \- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. \- A €100 security deposit is required to book this property.
