Nous avions réservé une chambre spacieuse de luxe avec 2 fenêtres ( comme sur la photo) le réceptionniste nous a attribué une chambre plutôt petite et sombre avec un équipement restrient et une petite salle de bains Nous lui avons demandé le changement et il a décliné prétextant qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres de disponibles Je pense que notre réservation était pour une seule nuit Nous avions déjà séjourné plusieurs nuits dans cette nuit lors de notre venue à Lisbonne C'est devenu très cher pour un logement très quelconque , je ne recommanderais plus cet établissement

Un séjour excellent
L’hôtel situé Praça da Alegria, petite place calme, située à 20m de l'avenida da Liberdades et de la station de métro Avenida en fait un excellent point de départ pour toutes les excursions. Les chambres, très propres et claires sont équipée d'un double vitrage et de volets bois ce qui est excellent pour l'isolation phonique. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne. La chambre à un parquet bois et du mobilier ancien. Nous avions un très grand lit avec un sommier dur et des oreillers parfaits. Le petit déjeuner a lieu dans une salle claire et agréable. Il est très copieux et très varié. Le café est excellent. Le personnel est charmant, l’accueil est sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans cet hôtel et le recommandons.

Hotel tres agréable et tres bien situe
Hotel récemment rénové, en parfait état, tres bien situé proche de toutes commodités et du centre. Accueil très agréable et service personnalisé. Le wifi est le meilleur que j'ai jamais vu dans un hotel et il est gratuit ! Salle de bain impeccable, lit de 180 et tres confortable. La chambre que nous avions aurait mérité une chaise et un petit bureau. Un rangement un peu plus pratique aurait été apprécié. Dans l'ensemble un séjour très agréable et un super rapport qualité prix. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. It had high ceilings and a chandelier, and what looked like antique furniture which had been nicely restored and was very functional. They had a mini bar and in-room tea and coffee service. The hotel was located close to all Lisbon attractions, and we walked everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, like the young man Ryan at the reception. I’m not sure about parking in the area since we didn’t drive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Beautiful and charming hotel located in a quiet neighbord but close to metro, shops and restaurants. A lovely little park across the street with a qiosque and tables for coffee, drinks and snacks. Rooms are comfortable with a nespresso machine an tea pot-I loved my early morning coffee and evening tea. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Make sure to book a room with breakfast included- breakfast is worth every penny-not to mention the beautiful dinng room. Nice little patio out front- I indulged in a nice glass of wine after touring the town every day. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff! Definitely will be coming back to the Alegria. (Their sister hotel right acoss the street is under renovation and should be opening next year)

This is a beautiful small hotel in a great area of Lisbon. The little park across the street has a cafe where you can enjoy an evening glass of wine. The room was exactly as pictured with a great shower and a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Very charming hotel with character. Room was big enough, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Great location-- close to Rossio Square but not right in the thick of it where it's too loud and crowded at night. Right near Avenida da Liberdade- scenic, tree lined avenue.

Lovely boutique hotel on a quiet square just off the main shopping area. Wonderful food options right out your front door. Our room looked out on the beautiful park. The staff are friendly and so helpful, they made my stay amazing. The hotel is a hidden gem it's had everything all around it and public transportation so close by, in case you don't want to walk. It close to Ave of Libertad and all the ships and restaurants and mini market. O truly appreciate the people for making my stay there so comfortable. I traveled alone and felt safe all the time. The inside is adorable it like a combination of old school classic and retro but artistic.

Close to everything. One street away from the main thoroughfare, Av. Liberdade, so lovely and quiet. Not near nightlife, but absolutely close enough to walk. Wonderful restaurants near by. Park across the street is lovely. Rooms are charming and inviting. Breakfast is delightful in their dining area.

The beautiful property is conveniently located very close to Avenida Liberdade where numerous restaurants and upscale stores are. It is also walking distance to Rossio Square where tours leave from. The staff was amazing; the food both at breakfast and lunch and at the kiosk across the street in the park were all excellent. It was in a convenient area for walking. The staff took care of arranging everything we wished for, including a private tour.
