Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans l’appartement. Il est très agréable, bien situé, au calme. Juste un peu sonore, on entend les pas au dessus et la porte d’entrée mais rien de grave. C’est très spacieux et très beau. On s’y sent bien.

Très agréable séjour à la Casa da fé

L appartement est très agréable et très bien tenu. A l arrivée, la petite bouteille de vin blanc offerte avec les gâteaux fait vraiment très plaisir. L appartement est vraiment très fonctionnel avec entre autre son lave-vaisselle et son lave linge. Il n est pas trop loin de la place du Rossio et de la place du commerce. Il a de plus un très joli patio (petite cour intérieure) qui est vraiment un plus. Le seul bémol que j aurai à donner concerne le stationnement : il est impossible de se garer dans la rue da Fé et il est très difficile de se garer dans les rues avoisinantes. Et le stationnement qui plus est, est payant. Mais ça reste un très bon produit que je recommande sincèrement.

Immeuble très bien situé

Appartement très propre et conforme à la description. Ce dernier est bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Emplacement parfait pour se reposer et pour sortir le soir. Mariana est une excellente hôtesse d'accueil malgré notre retard. Une adresse à recommandée.

L'appartement est comme décrit dans l'annonce. Il nous a bien plu. La literie était parfaite, le salon agréable et il était bien situé. De petits restaurants à côté de l'appartement. Il y avait de l'espace. Pas de bruit. Comme indiqué à Mariana, pour que tout soit parfait, il faudrait quelques verres en plus, mettre des crayons, stylos, feuilles de papier, blocs notes, quelques petites choses dans le frigo etc... Rien d'extraordinaire mais ça aurait apporté un vrai plus. Mariana nous a indiqué qu'elle s'en occuperait. Merci pour tout. Le bilan est très positif. On reviendrait dans cet appartement.

Excellent appartement

L'appartement est idéal pour un séjour à Lisbonne. Il est bien situé, dans un quartier calme très proche du centre historique à pied, le métro et le tramway étant aussi à proximité. L'appartement est parfait, très grand, très bien aménagé et décoré, dans un état et une propreté impeccables. Il ne manque aucun équipement. La cour intérieure est un vrai plus pour prendre les repas ou simplement se reposer. Enfin Marian est une hôtesse adorable, très discrète, avec qui nous avons pu communiquer très facilement avant notre séjour, qui nous a donné d'excellents conseils et qui nous a accueillis à une heure un peu tardive avec de gentilles attention pour ses hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Lovely Lisbon

Perfect location for a 10 day stay with many grocers and restaurants close at hand. The apartment was well appointed, but no A/C and no clothes dryer. Mariana provided fans which helped for sleeping and with clothes drying! Bed pillows were not so great. However, we really did enjoy our stay!

Very nice apartment

For those who like staying in a city’s old town and staying in a 200 yr old building, this is the place for you. Be aware tho it’s located 1/2 way up one of Lisbon’s many hills and there’s a fair amount of spray painting on the buildings in the area. That said after a day there, neither bothered us. The inside has been updated, is freshly painted and is conveniently on the ground floor. It is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The 2nd bedroom is on the street side so it can be noisy at night especially with the window open. We used a floor fan and kept the window closed and that helped quite a bit. Location was very convenient. Just a 10 minute walk to the Braxia area filled with many restaurants, the Rossio train station and the metro. It was a good spot for our 5 days in Lisbon.

Lovely stay in Lisbon

We had a lovely time in Lisbon, the apartment was located well with lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to other parts of the city such as Baxia/Chiado and Alfama, and only a 10 minute walk to the Rossio train station. We enjoyed walking home every evening. It was very humid in the apartment (was 90 degrees every day we were there) and the fans provided did not alleviate the humidity too much, but we understood it's an old property and took that in stride. Mariana was a bit slow on communication, especially on providing check-in details, but she did allow us to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay at this cute apartment.

Отличная аутентичная квартира с 2 спальнями, очень близко к центру в 2 шагах от Либетаде, правда немного сыровато из-за того что 1 этаж, но летом, я думаю, это только плюс, есть обогреватели и кондиционер. Радушная хозяйка Mariana, комплемент в виде вина - было очень приятно. На кухне есть все необходимое, но мы ели постоянно в городе, кстати позавтракать можно прямо рядом в чудесной кафешке на углу. Лиссабон прекрасен и удивителен! Обязательно вернемся еще! Большое спасибо Maraina! Excelente apartamento autêntico com 2 quartos, muito perto do centro, 2 passos de Libetad, embora um pouco úmido por causa do piso térreo, mas no verão, eu acho que isso é apenas um plus, há aquecedores e ar condicionado. A anfitriã calorosa Mariana, complemento na forma de vinho - foi muito bom. A cozinha tem tudo que você precisa, mas nós comemos constantemente na cidade, a propósito, você pode tomar café da manhã ao lado, em um café maravilhoso na esquina. Lisboa é linda e maravilhosa! Certamente voltarei novamente! Muito obrigada Maraina!

Wonderful apartment and location

We stayed at Mariana's lovely apartment for a week, and it was great! There was plenty of space for everything, big shower, big kitchen, washing machine and more... The apartment is located in a quiet small street, very close to public transportation, and a lot of really good restaurants all around. We recommend!!

Perfect space, perfect location

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location, which is in an old picturesque neighborhood dotted with bars, restaurants and shops. It is in quick access to all of the most popular neighborhoods. The house itself is airy, spacious and well appointed. We hope to stay again!

Great apartment for family!

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 kids. Mariana is lovely, a great landlord. The apartment is wonderful for families- easy walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do, even for little legs. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was quiet and the wooden window shutters blocked out light to allow the kids to sleep. Mariana has a plastic tub she will let you borrow if you have little ones to bathe. Ours are bigger (3 and 6) so they used the shower. Mariana left some snacks and a bottle of wine for us at check in. There's a neighborhood grocery store 1 min walk away with cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, coffee, wine. One caveat for traveling with kids in Portugal (not unique to this apartment or the grocery in this neighborhood)- fresh milk is not available! The only milk we could find, even when we shopped later at a huge supermarket, was shelf-stable boxed milk, which tastes quite different. This was a little tough for our 3 YO who drinks cold milk regularly, but we adjusted.

Excellent central location to use as a base to explore Lisbon.Recommend highly.

spacious,comfortable, great apartment with everything you need close at hand: food shops,restaurants and transport links. Mariana was very helpful especially when offering to 'house ' our luggage for us on our last day so that we could continue to explore the city without our bags as our flight was late in the evening.

Hemos pasado unos días en Lisboa muy agusto en esta casa.

Cómoda, acogedora y muy bien situada.Tenía todo lo q necesitábamos,una vez q nos hicimos a la idea de un sólo baño La calle rua da Fe es muy empinada. Se puede meter el coche hasta la puerta y descargar las maletas. Luego hay q dejarlo en un parquin. Nosotros lo hicimos en el de Mártires de la Patria, q es más barato y estaba relativamente cerca.

This is a great place!

Really good location -walkable to all the major squares and sights of Avenida de Liberdade. Its a quirky neighbourhood with everything you need and so many restaurants its hard to choose. Mariana is an excellent landlord- met us on arrival and very helpful throughout. The flat is a renovated 1850s building with great character and all the mod cons- beautiful bathroom and shower and functional kitchen - although not equipped for a lot of cooking, it doesn't really matter unless you are not intending to use restaurants at all. Feels really elegant and a great experience.

A great place!

Large, very clean, quiet at night. There are restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Getting downtown is a bit of a walk, but interesting in itself...and taxis are cheap.
