The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and heating.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**Apt with Terrace & Garden is arranged on one floor, in which we find the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, coffee machine and kettle. A large furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the Spina Verde park and the city of Como in the distance. 2 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Living area with TV. Apt with Terrace & Garden is a flat that will welcome you with taste and simplicity. The flat has air conditioning, WI-FI internet and a private parking space in the garden. The surrounding area is perfect for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, with numerous paths leading to panoramic viewpoints from which to admire Lake Como and the nearby mountains. Lipomo is well connected with the rest of the province of Como thanks to its proximity to the city of Como and its strategic position to easily reach other tourist resorts. The road that connects Lipomo to Como is well served by public transport and it is 5 km by car. It is the ideal location for those who want to enjoy a corner of peace and tranquillity without renouncing proximity to the city centre. The village offers a delicatessen, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and the nearest super market is called Esselunga, 1.5km away.**GETTING AROUND**Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport, hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers. The bus stop is 400 metres from the flat. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano.
