On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Lipno nad Vltavou, in a sunny, elevated position, 250 m from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property. Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: garden. Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Lipno nad Vltavou, Kobylnice" 200 m, grass beach 250 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane, chair lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aquaworld Lipno 2 km, Hopsárium 2 km, Bobová dráha 2.5 km, Stezka korunami stromů 3.5 km, Království Lesa 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiareál Lipno 2 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Marina Lipno (1,5 km) with a yacht harbor and a indoor water park (not in operation from 1.11.- 30.11.).
