Completely renewed. Near the sea with private underpass to access it. This is convenient, though most of the walk is on a busy road with sidewalks less than half the way. We were there during a heat wave, and the lack of AC was noticeable, particularly in the one back room with no airflow. The provided fans help, but only to a point. The room are spacious, and the upstairs balcony is great. Unfortunately, the main balcony, on the floor with the apartment has no view. Also, there was a large ship docked with our view most of the time that also included a bad smell. The host was lovely, though her English is iffy. Kitchen was well enough equipped that we could cook some meals, though the listing says "oven" and I saw only a toaster oven. Stove was great, though, as was having a full-size refrigerator and (small) washing machine. I didn't see the referenced passageway to the beach ... ##### Steven P.
