I booked for twin de luxe room and they gave me de luxe room (not knowing and forgot already about my booking details). I already slept and the next morning they called me for their mistake. They asked me if I can change into my real booking which is twin de luxe room. I refused because I’m going to check out anytime sooner. Instead, I asked for a refund but they said it’s non-refundable (the hotel staffs looks very wise, huh). It will be my first and last check in. And my worst hotel that I ever had. Lack of bathroom towels, limited toiletries, breakfast inclusion in the booking, limited parking are some of the things that for me should be improve on.
