Imagine yourself in this modern single-storey villa, nestled in a 2200 m² garden dotted with olive trees and typical Provençal vegetation, where everything has been designed for your comfort and relaxation. The pool, protected by a barrier to ensure safety, is bordered by an elegant pool house fitted with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, a refrigerator and a barbecue, ideal for convivial moments outdoors. The shaded terrace offers an additional space to relax outdoors. Inside, you will discover a carefully crafted and current decoration, with quality materials such as marble and wood. During your holiday in Lioux, you will be stunned by its vertiginous cliffs, overlooking a plateau The village is also surrounded by vineyards used for the production of AOC Côtes du Luberon wines. The first tennis court is about 7 km away, the Saumane Golf Course is 10 km away, and the equestrian centre is 5 km away. Tranquillity, rest and dazzlement are on the agenda! The house is spotless and the hosts are great. The pool is great and close to the house. Two minor points. There are no fans for the bedrooms which would be helpful as it was very hot when we were there. Also I don’t expect to have to buy kitchen basic like washing up liquid, cling film and bin bags. ##### Nancy A.
