Welcome to Woodland Point! This amazing home with a private pool at the 29MM in Linn Creek has some of the best views of the lake!!!

Our beautiful 5 bedroom home is perfectly situated by land or boat at the 29 MM at Lake of the Ozarks. With 5,500 sq ft, this home comfortably sleeps 26+ people and has a heated($50/day)outdoor pool, pool table (with ping pong top), and a 60-in-1 arcade, Golden Tee, Big Buck hunter, etc. The home also has a private two-well dock with a swim platform. By car, it is 10 minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, bars, and shopping. By water it’s near popular water establishments such as Paradise Restaurant, Fish & Co, Larry’s on the Lake, Papa Chubby’s, MargaritaVille, Redhead Yacht Club and Captain Ron’s.

When you enter our beautiful home, you enter into the top (main level). There is a spacious beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking for large groups, a large comfortable living room, a balcony with fabulous views, a powder room, and a massive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and laundry room. The lower level features 4 additional large bedrooms, a powder room, 3 full bathrooms, another living room, a game room, an additional full kitchen, another laundry room, and a screened in porch.

The bedrooms sleep the following configurations:

The outdoor space has something for everyone! There is a private pool with pool loungers overlooking the lake. Also for your personal use is a large 2 well dock with swim for storing your boat or PWCs, or for swimming or fishing.

Our home comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, TV’s, Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels. An intitial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

**BOAT FOR RENT** upon request. It would be delivered to the house if available. I rent them to 4 other houses as well so first to book it secures it.

- BEAUTIFUL home! - Incredible view of the lake from each level of the home (Inside and outside), The pool, and the dock. - Sunsets were amazing!!! - Size of the home allowed guests to spread out when needed And all rooms were very large and comfortable for everyone. Additional space allowed for air mattresses when required. - The Sonos system throughout the home and outdoors was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! And so easy to use and control. - Anthony was very quick to respond to all messages/Questions and provided great detailed information about check-in and checkout process, along with details about the house. - The driveway was very steep, But we were prepared and aware since Anthony explained the set up of the home, including the driveway before our stay. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone for multiple reasons! So glad I found this location and was able to enjoy the home and everything it had to offer. I know all the guests Who were able to stay raved on and on as well. I am hopeful that one day we can return to enjoy this location again. ☺️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5

No justice!
The pictures do not do this property any justice. It is seriously a WOW from the moment you open the door. Everything is done well and very well thought of. Never did we dream this is what Lake of The Ozarks is about. We had 7 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfy and the Sonos speakers inside and out were mind blowing. We brought our own pontoon and found that the lake was less busy than expected, which was awesome. Walking to the dock early in the morning to fish or going in the pool to swim was what we hoped for and this place did not disappoint. Anthony answered questions in a timely manner. I honestly can go on and on about this beautiful place. And it is mentioned that the driveway is steep so you know that from the get go.

We LOVED it!
Perfect location, perfect house, everything we needed was within and we had a blast. We had a total of 8 children with us and never once did we hear them tell us they were bored. The pool, the hot tub and the games within the home were fun. The sosnos speakers were a HIT. The host was kind and super quick with responses. Anthony is a great host. The house keepers do a very good job in making sure the property is clean and ready. The neighbor lady is really cool. Its a safe quite place to be. You will be amazed as i have stayed here twice now and havent had any problems.

Very very nice place to host a family/friends get-away! Host is extremely responsive and works hard to address any questions/issues. There are so many positive qualities of this property. It is as advertised. Very well stocked kitchen ready to prepare any size meal. Loved the multiple refrigerators, washers and dryers, dish washers and ovens. View/large windows are spectacular! Awesome private pool, hot tub and nice having kayaks available to use as well. So much to do in the house even if weather is bad. Multiple games in the house for all ages and interests! Just a great place to book your next vacation!

One of the best vactions i had this year
The house was amazing. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. I recomend paying for the heating of the pool if it chilli outside. Anthony is the best host ive had out of all the vrbo's i been too. He is quick to respond and is there to help you out with any issues. I have stayed at all his properties everyone of them is amazing with plenty of games and activities to do at the home.

This house has more amenities than you ever thought you needed. If there are 5 or less of you, you can have your own bedroom and private bathroom. Driveway is a little precarious, but only took one try to navigate it later. Bedding and romes are top notch. Sound system, once I figured it out was phenominal. Outdoor furniture is crazy amazing. One wish, that the hot tub was accessible to more than the master suite.

You won’t want to leave!
I can never get sick of the view on this property! The wow factor was through the roof when we walked into this home. The house is spectacular and spacious with all the amenities you could want! All the beds, not just the master were so comfortable! I actually looked at the mattress pad so I can try to find one for home. Something for everyone you truly never need to leave! We loved all the games especially Golden Tee, Big game hunter and ping pong! Fishing was great! Bring your fishing poles. Everyone caught a fish right off the dock. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub each night. Kitchen has everything you need! The ice machine was a wonderful plus. Location is perfect. Feels like you are tucked away on a private island but very convenient to all the fun around Osage beach! Great communication with easy check in and check out instructions. Would love to stay at this property again!

We had an absolute blast! The view from the house to the lake and the house itself were absolutely gorgeous. There were 15 of us and we all said we would definitely go back. We all had the time of our lives and the owner was very helpful in leaving directions to the garbage bin and left other cool places to see and places to eat at. I definitely recommend going here for a nice and enjoyable getaway!

Amazing View!
We spent a week at this beautiful property, and had an enjoyable retreat. Eating breakfast each morning with a fantastic view of the lake was a priceless experience. And the colorful sunset reflecting off the lake each evening was absolutely amazing. We had lunch on the boat deck and on the deck around the pool for a great outdoor experience on the lake. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. And there were plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements. Be aware of one issue - the road into the property is very very steep and winding. However, after a couple of times in and out it wasn’t so scary. We had great weather, but this could be an issue in bad weather. Overall, this property gave us a 5-star experience!
