(303 reviews) Small apartment but it was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was good but found it a little daunting having to negotiate app for check in etc. however the concierge who was there during the week was extremely helpful and very obliging. On a tram line with only a few stops to town which was very easy to negotiate. I did request an upgrade long before we checked in which showed in app but only a few days before checking in, the upgrade had disappeared from the app. When I checked, I was told that it wasn’t available. However after check in I received several emails requesting payment for the upgrade. This was sorted by the concierge but would have been easier if there was a traditional reception, I do understand though, this is how prices are kept lower.
