Enjoy this centerpiece while dining too as it is designed to be viewed from multiple rooms and angles. Enjoy a dual reclining couch in front of a fireplace and large TV on vintage hardwood floors. Relax with 2 Queen Beds, high speed internet, outdoor sitting porch, Keurig & Drip coffee maker, washer/dryer, Level 2 Tesla EV Charger. The Owl’s Nest is located between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton, retail district and very close to HWY 321\. It’s a great landing spot for whatever brings you to town. Can easily accommodate multiple vehicles or larger vehicles traveling with trailers for work. This home comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is kid-friendly as well. For entertainment, you'll find: \- FREE high-speed internet and large Roku smart TVs with many free channels. \- A classic gaming console with vintage Nintendo games like Mario Bros 1,2,3, Punchout and Donkey Kong. Be prepared for confused faces if playing with your kids! \- A selection of board and card games for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, with several complimentary coffee blends to get you started. You will also find integrated USB-A and USB-C charging outlets in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. All you need is to bring your cable! There is washing machine, dryer, and some complimentary laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for your convenience. The closets have hangers and there is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the home. For those traveling with little ones there is a portable folding crib at the home and a high chair can be provided upon request free of charge. There are also kid friendly utensils, plates and cups. FYI, there was a Keurig one cup coffee maker versus a coffee pot. The only slightly negative feature was limited table space. Recommended for a family of 4 or less.
