### Three bedroom house in the Cathedral Quarter

A well-appointed 3 bedroom house in a great location in the historic Cathedral Quarter of Lincoln.  
  
Situated in Lincoln, 46 Willis Close offers accommodation with a private garden, convenient location and free WiFi.   
  
Guests can relax in the private garden.  
  
The house has parking for up to 3 cars.   
  
Our house has the capacity to sleep up to 5 with 3 well-appointed bedrooms. You will have unlimited access to all of our facilities, which include oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is seating for 6 guests in the dining area and additional seating outside in the private garden for al fresco dining.   
  
The holiday home comes with flat-screen TV, a seating area, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and additional wc. There is a King bedroom, twin room and single bedroom. The twin beds can also be made up into a double bed.   
Complimentary welcome pack (including milk, coffee, tea).  
  
Guests at the accommodation can enjoy sight-seeing, golfing nearby and the delights of the historic City.  
Lincoln University is 1.9 miles from Willis Close and Bishop Grosseteste is just 1 mile away. The nearest airport is Humberside Airport, 32 miles from the property. Situated right in the heart of Lincoln itself a stones throw from the Bailgate and easy walking distance of all the fantastic attractions that historic Lincoln has to offer.   
  
Whether you are a business visitor, consultant, couple on a romantic break, or a family looking for a holiday full of culture or wedding guests needing somewhere local to stay then 46 Willis Close is for you.
