Free shuttle bus to Loon during ski season-weekend, holidays and Christmas School Week. Great location in town-walk to restaurants and shops. WIFI. We have been renting short term since 2007. This unit is located down the hall from this listing. Our updated condo is located in the center of Lincoln, NH-minutes to the lifts at Loon Mountain. Master Bedroom has king bed, private full bathroom, 32" LED TV, Second Bedroom has queen bed , set of twin bunk beds, private bathroom, 42" LED TV, AC and fireplace. Living Room has spacious sectional sofa, 55" LED TV,AC and fireplace. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated with granite counter tops. Free WIFI. Complex amenities- indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, health club with racquetball court, saunas & a game room. These amenities are at the Nordic Inn and there is no additional fee. Licensed by NH Dept. of Revenue- M&R License: 050889 Recently Renovated Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo with full kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, living room and deck. This unit sleeps six comfortably. This is a 2nd Floor Unit with elevator access. The condo is the closest unit to the elevator. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of this unit. This unit is located on the quiet and cooler side of the building. You will not hear the road traffic. Relax on the deck after a long hike. Our family friendly condo is located on the second floor and offers all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed while the large second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. We have provided a pack and play to make it easier for guests travelling with infants and toddlers. Both bathrooms have recently been updated and have granite counter tops. There is beautiful oak electric fireplace with 42" LED TV in the second bedroom. All linens and bath towels are provided. Enjoy mountain views while relaxing on our large balcony. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace on the new sectional sofa while watching a movie on our 55'' LED flat panel television or playing a board game. We have provided board games for your enjoyment. There are three LED flat panel televisions with access to streaming services, cable TV and a DVD player. Our well appointed full kitchen will fulfill all your cooking needs. If you are not in the mood to cook, the condo is located a short walk to area restaurants. There is also NO resort fee to use the amenities. Unlike like other complexes, the indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi spa, Health Club with free weights, circuit training machines, cardiovascular machines, saunas and racquetball court are located in the building. A short walk inside the building from the condo. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi spa are located outside from the indoor pool. There is also a large game room inside the building. There are air conditioners in the living room and queen/bunk bedroom. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and in the dining area.. The condo is located on the north side of the building which is the cooler and quieter side of the building. You will not hear the road noise from Rt 112 ( Main St.). It is probably 10-15 degrees cooler in the Summer than the front side.. Free WIFI within the building and unit. We have supplied an electric George Foreman barbecue on the deck for your use. Gas and charcoal grills are prohibited per the Town fire code. There is a charcoal grilling and picnic area at our complex which is a short walk from the condo. Upon reserving my condo, you will be provided with detailed instructions with photos of the lockbox and door lock along with a confirmation letter. The door code is sent via email, two days before your arrival. The condo door has a keypad deadbolt lock. It is convenient since you do not need to carry a key for the unit door. We follow stringent cleaning practices; we’ll be sanitizing the homes using disinfectants, disinfecting products once more on all high-touch hard surfaces on their way out. We have also left cleaning supplies for your use. The Nordic Inn Board of Directors has decided that effective immediately, if you cause the building alarm to activate for a non-emergency, such as ventilating your unit due to burnt cooking, the unit owner will be assessed a $500 fee. This fee will be passed onto the guest if they or their guests are responsible for the fire alarm going off. The fire department responds if the alarm goes off and the entire building must be evacuated. Check in time is 4 PM. The owner was forthcoming with information and all details about this great property. We enjoyed the meticulously maintained indoor pool and a spectacular jacuzzi. Game rooms and reading rooms were abundant on property.Our days there could not have been more perfect. Thank you, Jon, for everything. We felt like we were staying with family. Property itself was clean and well maintained. It is located inside an Inn. The Inn is a bit outdated. The host (John) is very responsive and even let us check in early to the property. Instructions was very clear and he even provided a list of popular restaurants and trails in the neigborhoods. The location is great and convenient. The only complain I had is the hot water for baths. By the time the 2nd person went in for shower, the water was not only lukewarm. We had to wait at least 30 mins to let the water heat up again. ##### Alice W. Only wish we'd stayed longer! 6-year-old loved the condo's indoor pool and arcade games in between all the fun stuff there is to do in the area in summer. We appreciated the big comfy couch in the living area, nice kitchen, and it being all one level (ideal for families with young kids, no stairs to stress over). Host was excellent with communications and we had no problems accessing our accommodations. Great stay! ##### Liz D. We had great communication from the owner before and during the trip - and he provided useful local information on enhance the stay.
