The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances for easy meal prep. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with ample storage and has a dedicated workspace. There is a private yard perfect for relaxation. With a family-friendly layout, it’s ideal for both short and long-term stays. Guests have access to the whole property My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to assist my guests. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Policies and rules \- Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. \- Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them \- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. No noise after 10 pm \- Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture \- When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows. \- When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 15 degrees IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
