This home offers a full bathroom for each bedroom on the 2nd floor as well as a full bath with shower on the 1st floor. The living room has a brand queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Laundry facilities are also on the 1st floor for easy access. No need to worry about running out of hot water with our tankless hot water heater. 3 Large smart TVs with Roku and EV charging dock are included! Our home is located only 3 miles from the new Milford Hospital, 12.8 miles from DE Turf and 8.7 miles to Prime Hook Beach. New area restaurants include the Big Oyster brewery 3.9 miles north and Abbotts Grill 11.1 miles south.. We have installed a smart lock for easy self-check-in so you can arrive as soon as the cleaners have indicated the house is ready or late at night if you arrive at the end of a long day.
