Our cozy, updated condo comfortably sleeps 5\. It is just steps away from Main Street so you can walk to your favorite downtown restaurants and shops. The third floor space is updated with granite countertops and new floors throughout. There is a large open concept living/dining room for the whole family to spread out. The property has two large bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached half bath. The extra bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, comfortably fitting five guests. Both bedrooms have room to store your belongings and fresh linens. Important Information: The unit is located on the third floor. There is no elevator. Renters do not have access to the pool on the property. My brother and I were down for some hiking and this location was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment was clean, and had amenities (such as shampoo, towels, etc) which was an added bonus. It was kept very tidy, and the instructions and communication was excellent I knew exactly what to do/ where everything was and how it worked! This condo is close to the white mountains, and easy to navigate around the area. My only note is that if you have a larger group, the noise does travel and I would say the 10pm rule is necessary so neighbors can also have a peaceful stay as well.
