We came up the see the ice castle which was 8 minutes down the road. We were able to hike Franconia state park as well as Sabbaday Falls along the Kanc. If we had time to go skiing this is a perfect location loon mountain is right there with a shuttle bus to take you and your gear there without having to worry about parking at the mountain. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is a good size for the three of us and affordable. It feels like a studio apartment with one queen and a couch/sofa bed. It was nice to have a kitchen for cooking meals. Our son enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement. ##### Lisa G.
