We arrived to find a window broken-cold air pouring into the house with black mold on the window. The rental company did respond and send someone out late the next day. The older gentleman that showed up did his best to tape the window shut. The floors are very old and the bathrooms need updating. The layout is a bit funky, but worked for families. Small kids beware of large staircase.
