Summary:
308 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo on the top floor. This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up and guests get to enjoy a stunning ocean view from the balcony. The bathtub is great for families, and with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there's plenty of room for 6. Guest also enjoy a convenient kitchen stocked with cookware, and you get access to the HOA's pool. The beach can be accessed via an easy staircase.

The Space:
308 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family condo on the top floor. This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up and guests get to enjoy a stunning ocean view from the balcony. The bathtub is great for families, and with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, there's plenty of room for 6. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

I think this is the best location on the entire beach. We parked our car and didn't move it until we left. Easy to walk to anything that we needed and the beach access was terrific. The condo was well-supplied and we have no complaints. Would love to come and stay again!

The first night there were no lights on the stairs. A high safety risk. So we complained. They fixed the lights but only at the TOP of the stairs, motion dedected only.

Everything was great with the exception of when we were trying to check in we had a 2 hour delay due to shortage of staff. The front desk was very communicative and tried to accommodate as much as possible and that helped a lot.

Ease of Beach Access & Wonderful View

Road noise was a factor for adults, and the boys sleeping in the bedroom end up the ticket for us, though the couch bed is NOT comfortable so we pulled a mattress from the room to put on top. We had brought extra cots & bedding for the boys. The pans we used were not in good shape I recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook. We also brought added seasonings. There are no plates in the cupboards so again we brought paper plates to eat on. Bring bottled water. Overall the room was acceptable, it was not as clean as we have been accustomed to, dishes needed extra wash before use and couch and floor felt dirty could use a going over with an upholstery/carpet cleaner. We did love the close access to the beach and could see what’s going on the beach & the boys from our room, this allowed us to cook meals while they enjoyed the sand and surf. The pool was nice we enjoyed the salt water pool vs typical highly chlorinated it could use a net cleaning daily especially on weekends when ladies with long hair use it. Response to questions about the place were impressive via email and text. Communication for this place is a plus. We needed extra linens for the 5 of us and we brought ours down and got fresh right away. It’s not your top of the line stay it works and we basked in the beauty of the ocean 🌊 out the window.

Clean and a good view of ocean but needs updating

It was a bit old but very clean except the carpet. Needs cleaning. Need better mats in the bathroom. Husband slipped on the tile floor and fell while getting out of the tub. Kitchen faucet is really hard to turn on. Otherwise great view of the ocean

Loved Our Stay

I think the next time we stay at D Sands Condos, we will request a lower level condo. The only thing we were not very happy about, was that the pool was only open until 7pm, and the little ones love to swim. But overall, very satisfied with our stay there.

Nice place on coast.

We enjoyed our stay, although parking was a problem if you left and returned early to late evening. Was generally clean but had a musty smell (maybe carpets, curtains) and we were asked to clean dishes before leaving (which we did) but their was no dish soap.
