Perfect space for two people. Loved how close it was to the beach and to the main strip of businesses in Lincoln City. Liked the little deck up top with a glimpse of the ocean. Good for reading and sunbathing. The mattress was a touch too squishy for our liking (you really sink into the mattress), but wasn't too bad and still got decent sleep. The position of the couch against the wall at a right angle to the tv is a little odd, but we moved it to the center of the room in front of the tv and then moved it back before we left. Location is great as there is some tide pool areas very close down the street, highly recommend!Having the hot tub option was great after our strenuous hike to God's Thumb! The bed was on the soft side but comfortable and all the fluffy blankets make it seem like you're wrapped up in clouds. There was Uber available at certain times of the day and a local taxi service that both had no issues finding the house for rides, everything was a close short drive away. Karen, our point of contact was absolutely lovely to chat with and made us feel welcome.
