### Oceanfront Suite - Top Floor - Pool and Sauna - Sleeps 4!

Summary:  
Welcome to # 302, which we call "Seas the Day". This top floor, 1 private bedroom 2 full bathroom unit is the perfect spot for a family or group trip. Equipped with a King bed in the private bedroom and a comfortable pull out queen sofa bed in the ocean side room. This unit has been updated, and the owners have spared no expense on the upgraded amenities and really thoughtful touches. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!  
  
The Space:  
It doesn't get much better than this stunningly decorated beachfront condo. From the top floor, you'll enjoy remarkable and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. This unit features a private bedroom with a luxurious king bed, and master bath. For the larger groups, or if you just feel like sleeping closer to the ocean, the living room has a queen pullout sofa.  
  
Feel like cooking a homemade meal? This unit's got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, and if you are dreading the cleanup, this unit is one of the few at the Sea Gypsy equipped with a dishwasher.  
  
If you can pull yourself away from all of its interior comforts, you can spend some time in our heated indoor salt water pool and sauna. Or make use of the two gas grills, which can be found near the pool area.  
  
Ready for the beach? The Sea Gypsy has three beach access points, all with just a few steps down to the sand. Arguably, the best beach access in Lincoln City and the D River (which is the world's shortest) is right next to our building and features shallow areas for children to play in.  
  
Guest Access:  
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.  
  
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:  
Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.  
  
There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.  
  
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The condo was great! The view was even better. A great place to stay and relax. Beach access was perfect. We enjoyed lots of walks on the beach. Management was quick and efficient to resolve a noise problem. It does take a bit for the water to heat up but once we realized that we made the best of it. Overall we had a great time and plan to visit again.

Stayed just for the night, but can't say enough good things about it. Well appointed kitchen, cozy living room, spectacular view and 2 bathrooms. King bed was comfortable. Late check in was a breeze, and check out was hassle free. Could not have asked for better for my family's needs. We will stay again. Thanks so much!

The views and beach access where great. The furniture resembled what you might find on a Craigslist free page. Rocking chairs broken down loudly creaking as they rock crookedly. The bed creaked with every move a small mattress cover put over the old old broken down bed did not help make it at all comfortable. Tylenol was a must every morning. For the price would think the old trash furniture could be updated.

Certainly among the best at Sea Gypsy. Very clean, nicely updated, well furnished. We couldn't get the electric fireplace to heat. Would have preferred that to the wall heaters. Would suggest instant heat water heaters for convenience and water conservation.

Had a wonderful stay, enjoyed watching sunsets over the ocean right outside our window! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Nicely decorated with ocean theme. Only negative was that the sleeper sofa was not suitable for sleeping on but fortunately we did not need it. Would happily stay here again!

What a wonderful treat and experience we had with ‘Seas the Day’. We hope to make this our ‘home-away-from-home’ by further stays in the future! Seas the day came at a time when we really needed an opportunity to rejuvenate and reconnect. The space and location provided just the needed respite.
