The on-site elevator makes it easy to reach this 3rd floor unit. You are sure to enjoy your stay in this updated 1 bedroom 1 bath property well appointed with a comfortable king bed, luxurious leather sofa, gas fireplace, granite counters, fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer, 2 flat screen tv's, blu-ray player with a variety of movies, board games, books and a gas grill. You can relax on the deck and take in the view while sipping your morning coffee or enjoy a stunning sunset. Beach access to the bay is right behind the complex with the ocean beach access a short walk to the west. As you stroll you can try your luck at finding one of the coveted glass floats left around the beaches in Lincoln City. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The condo was warm, we opened the windows when we were home (the temps were low 50s to 60s). There were fans available that we used. With the storm that came through we were thankful for such a comfortable and cozy place to stay in. The desk/workspace in the bedroom was a nice feature. The unscented laundry detergent provided for our use was appreciated and the kitchen was very user friendly. The only minor thing we missed having was salt and pepper. ##### Diane G.
