Oceanfront steps2sand Oceanfront home in Roads End with private steps to the beach. Stunning ocean views throughout the house with an incredible oceanfront hot tub on the deck. Be in your vacation home and on the beach at the same time. This home is warm with timber columns, ambient lighting and comfortable furnishings. As you lounge in the dining room, living room or bedroom you can enjoy the incredible oceanfront experience. The endless ocean view to the West, views of Cascade Head to the North and miles of sandy beach to the South is breathtaking. With the incredible views and rare private path to the beach, this is a unique find! The living room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional sofa, TV and DVD player. There is access from the dining room to a small deck and the lawn of the oceanfront backyard. The open floor plan allows seating at the dining table and kitchen bar. The washer and dryer are located in the pantry next to the bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath. Upstairs, the large suite has a king bed, bay windows with amazing ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with spa tub and a walk-in shower. Every upstairs bedroom has a TV and ocean views. There is an upstairs deck with seating. This home is designed and decorated with your family\`s enjoyment in mind. Deer and birds will often be seen in this neighborhood which is backed up to heavily wooded forest. You will feel the serenity of nature, yet are only minutes away from shopping, dining and the casino. Please respect quiet hours of 9pm-7am, especially in the hot tub as sound carries outside. No parties! Be sure to report any damage to us immediately during your stay so we can take care of it and it does not negatively impact the next guest stay. The west facing windows gave us a great view after I cleaned them. Other housekeeping issues were shared with the property manager but didn't get a sense that she really cared much. She wanted pictures that wasn't able to provide. There were items left in the dryer and wet things left in the washer. Only 1 set of towels placed in each bathroom. The sunset was amazing. This home is literally a stones throw from the ocean. I know this because my brother was able to throw a stone from the lawn and actually hit the ocean! The place was super clean and had all the amenities. I appreciate the ample kitchen space, appliances, furniture and overall ease of living. I can't speak enough of the view from the living room. It's a gorgeous home with direct beach access. We loved walking our dogs on the beach and then relaxing in the living room after. Only negative of staying here is having to do the cleaning yourself. Partially my fault for not reading the listing closely and assuming at the price point cleaning was apart of the fees. When we return to stay here I will for sure hire to have someone come clean. ##### D A. We immediately noticed the trash was full and we informed the host right away. After a few hours, the host informed us that it may have been just due to the holiday but they would look into it. The dishwasher did not work properly so we had to hand-wash all of the dishes which is not ideal on a 4 day long vacation. We ran out of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and there wasn’t a sponge to wash the dishes properly. The pictures do not do it justice! We have stayed in several oceanfront properties and this was by far the best. It's beautifully furnished with lots of amenities. The kitchen was perfect for several chiefs to get their cook on. The house had great space for 9 people to relax and enjoy without being in anyones way. Very very CLEAN! The beach access was very close although getting down the rocky step is not good at all for anyone who is over 70, if not in great health. The hot tub was WONDERFUL ! The view was to die for, hot tub was great, beach access was amazing, and overall it was extremely comfortable for our group of 9 plus a dog. We could’ve used one more bedroom for our teen but luckily he was flexible and there many bedding options around the house, including extra bedding and even a blowup bed that we saw in the closet.
