You have the entire ground level to yourself. The property is brand new as of 2026, and the kitchen and bathrooms really feel luxurious. The whole place was incredibly clean. There are 2 massive TVs, and there is even some toys for younger kids. We enjoyed that 1 bedroom has a block-out shutter that made child's daytime naps nice and dark. Walk to the pub, supermarket, playground and lake. Reasons: It is one of the most expensive hotel we booked. The WiFi was not working in our room, only in the lobby and pub, asking the question to a staff, he told us that the WiFi was not working in many rooms far from the lobby! While this is an historical hotel which we like, it is not maintained well, some lights are broken in the corridor, our room carpet was really very old, bad smell in our room, and so on. Also No climatisation in our room. We were very disappointed. On the pro side the pub staff and food were great and the hotel location is excellent.
