### Le Cyan - Charmante maison à la campagne

In Limerzel, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 70 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. WiFi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with a office space  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
1st floor:  
\- 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...  
2nd floor:  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, washing machine, iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- An 18 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
\- A beautiful 42 m² garden with a small storage shed.  
  
The house is ideally located in Limerzel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :  
\- The Branféré zoo is around 9 km away.  
\- Rochefort en terre: Contemplate its ramparts, castle and old houses! Admirably flowered, the town comes alive all year round with pretty boutiques, galleries and craft stalls. About 10 km away.  
\- Artisans d'arts de métiers divers et ces illuminations de Noël au mois de décembre  
\- La Roche Bernard: Take a stroll along the quay and you'll reach the site of the rock, a place steeped in history. About 18 km away.  
\- Biliers beaches about 20 minutes away by car.  
\- Damgan beaches approx. 30 minutes by car  
\- Vannes approx. 42 km away  
\- La Gacilly approx. 30 km by car

Le Cyan Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location qui est conforme au descriptif et idéale pour une famille de 4\. La maison est bien équipée et joliment décorée avec des jouets et livres pour enfant à disposition et le lit de la chambre parentale est très confortable. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de tout un tas d'activités sans faire trop de route. Le service de conciergerie (Sophie en ce qui nous concerne) est très sympathique et efficace. Une location à retenir pour un prochain séjour dans la région.
