About this space  
This comfortable apartment offers big stylish spaces and privacy, in the heart of Miraflores. Walk to parque Kennedy, the Inka Market, or the freshly renovated Pasaje San Ramon, you’ll be right in the middle of the vibrant life this district has to offer. Enjoy a day out, and relax in this 90m apartment with 2 huge bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. and a free parking space.

This 90m2 apartment (1076sq ft) has an unbeatable location: walking distance from Parque kennedy, very close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies and much more.  
  
Residential building with 24/7 security, and one free parking space.  
  
The apartment is located on the fourth floor, with an amazing view of the city, it has been specially designed for travelers so it has everything you need for your comfort, as if it were your own home.  
  
It has high speed internet, a desks for home-office, 2 TVs, one with Roku and one a smart tv to log into your accounts. It also has a dining room for 6 people and a spacious kitchen with appliances and a modern kitchen.  
The apartment is perfect for a family, groups of travelers who come for tourism and/or business or for a group of friends.

\- Fully furnished living and dining room. It has a 43-inch Smart TV.  
\- Bedroom #1: It is the master bedroom. It has a double size bed (sleeps 2), 2 night tables, wall to wall closet.  
\- Bedroom #2: Double bed (sleeps 2), night table and closet.  
\- Bathroom #1: It is inside bedroom #1 (master). It has a bathtub, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.  
\- Bathroom #2: It is next on the hallway. It has a shower, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, gas stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, kettle, full kitchenware, etc.  
\- Laundry area. It has a washing machine/dryer, drying area, iron and ironing board.  
\- Parking included in basement 1.

Questions? Contact us! This beautiful apartment, is located on the fourth floor of the building, and accesible trough elevator. Upon entering you will find the dining room which can accommodate up to 6 people, the living room has a very comfortable couch perfect for watching movies on our smart TV. You will also have access to our fully equipped kitchen, and can use the washer/drier as needed.  
Following the hallway, you will find 1 full bathroom, that can also be used as a guest bathroom, should you have any visits, located on the hallway there is also a desk and beautiful bookase for your use, and a big bedroom with balcony overlooking the street, two closets and TV. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, with a large Closet, desk should you need it, and a full bathroom with bathtub.  
Guest access  
The doorman crew is available 24 hours a day and will allow you access to the building and parking. In case you need parking, there are several spaces around the building that are public and free of charge. If parking within the building is needed, it must be coordinated in advance, there is 1 free parking within the building.  
Other things to note  
We can provide an extra single bed to one of the bedrooms, we just need 48hours notice, and an extra payment of $200. This will up the capacity of the apartment to 5 people, extra bedding and towels will be provided by us.  
  
My husband and I are fully committed to helping during your stay. We seek all our guests to have a great stay and we believe that communication is essential for this. Feel free to write to us at any time so we can help.  
  
Please keep in mind we do not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, nor any events, this is a residential building so quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.  
  
This is a non smoker property, so smoking even with the windows open or in the balcony, could result in a fine of $100 for extra cleaning.  
  
We request picture ID for each guest staying at our property.  
There is a refundable security deposit of $200 to be paid before check in, for guests with less than 5 positive reviews, or new to the platform
