### Wazemmes - Functional studio with parking

You are in the heart of the shopping streets, 3 minutes from the Gambetta, Montebello and Wazemmes metro stations.  
You will appreciate this flat for its functionality, its equipped kitchen and its large bathroom.  
Ideal for couples, friends or business travellers.  
  
The flat is located on the ground floor of a beautiful residence, you will have access to the whole flat. It has been carefully prepared to welcome you! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for the household linen. Possibility of arrival until midnight. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence.  
  
Bed size: 140x200cm  
  
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.  
The bed and cleaning are done before your arrival, all linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels.  
  
You will have at your disposal:

\- TV  
\- Washing machine  
\- Nespresso coffee machine  
\- Kettle  
\- Toaster

You will have access to the entire accommodation. 24-hour check-in is possible.

We are available during your stay by phone from 8:00 to 23:00.  
  
Nearby you will find a convenience store (Naturalia, Carrefour City...), full of shops, cafes and nice restaurants. I'll leave you a card with all my good deals in the apartment !
