Property is well maintained, quiet, on walk/running path and easy access to the beach. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the sunrise. Nice breeze at night helped cool it off. My husband, 14 year old son and I loved this beautiful & super clean rental space! Bed was cozy & our son said sleeper sofa was too! The view was incredible and the sunrise & ocean breeze were unbeatable. Pool and laundry were great. Kitchen had all you need and more. There was plenty of green space right below so they could play catch. Walking distance to lifeguarded beach. Close to lots of stuff and food. Amazing experience! Thanks for having us! ##### Mary B. Though no a/c, trade winds kept us cool and ceiling fans were enough. Only negative was lower corner kitchen cabinet needs attention and outside of refrigerator needs attention. There is a walking/bike path between the unit and the ocean, but that wasnt an issue and made for great people watching. The winds were exceptionally strong and made it hard to enjoy the outside deck and lounge chairs...but that WAS the Air Conditioning during our stay. Unit 325 is direct ocean front therefore a beautiful breeze flows through the space. Listen to the waves all night you may even choose to forgo the comfortable King bed to sleep on the pull out sofa which is also comfy. It’s a great centrally located spot to travel around the island.
