In the district of Lignano-Pineta 600 m from the centre of Lignano-Pineta, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees. Barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Grocery 600 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.6 km. Beach service: During summer season (May - mid September) 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price.  
4-room semi-detached house 60 m2, on the upper ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. 1 small room, without wardrobe with 1 bed. Kitchenette (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC.
