You will be staying in a spacious 4-room apartment with a total area of 65 square meters, situated on the upper ground floor. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a satellite TV. This area leads directly to the terrace. The apartment also features one double bedroom, one room with two beds, and one room with a single bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It includes air conditioning, forced-air heating (although heating may not be available in all rooms), a small open kitchen with a gas stove, four gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC, a roofed terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, a washing machine, a safe, a children's high chair, and a baby cot.

The apartment offers convenient facilities, such as a garage on the property that can accommodate one car (with a height restriction of 195 cm). Pets are welcome, with a limit of one pet/dog allowed.
