Residence Elisabeth is a small apartment block with 7 apartments located in the district of Pineta, Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. It offers a well-kept garden with lawn and trees, a seasonal swimming pool (9 x 5 m, available from 18th May to 15th September), a terrace, and a barbecue area. Amenities include Internet Wifi, a yard, parking on the premises, and the option for an installment plan. The owner resides in the same residence. From approximately early May to mid-September, a beach service with 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair, and 1 parasol per accommodation unit is included in the rental price.

Additionally, the apartment has one room with a single bed and a double bed, as well as another room with two beds, accommodating your vacation needs.

You can enjoy a range of amenities during your stay, including air conditioning, forced-air heating (note that heating may not be available in all rooms), a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a washing machine.
