Nestled in a tranquil, traffic-calmed area, "La Cascina" is mere 20 meters from the lake, granting direct access to the pebble beach "Riva Bianca." The property is conveniently situated near a sports harbor, and the nearby surf school is just 10 kilometers away. Nature enthusiasts can embark on walking paths directly from the house, with the Sentiero del Viadante, Monte Cucco, and Croce del Brentalone trails within proximity.

The property is accessible via a 50-meter footpath, and parking is available either in a single garage or public parking spaces located 50 meters away, suitable for small to medium-sized cars. You will be staying in a 3-room terraced house that spans across 100 square meters and is spread over 3 levels, with the main living area located on the upper ground floor. The rustic and tastefully furnished living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (purely for decorative purposes) and a dining table. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, and a toaster. On the upper floor, you'll find an open, double bedroom with a sliding door. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC. Moving up to the 2nd upper floor, there is an open gallery with sloping ceilings and 2 beds.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It features floor heating throughout, a small terrace with outdoor furniture, and a garage (suitable for one car) located 50 meters away, with a height clearance of 224 cm and a width of 220 cm. For families traveling with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds are provided. Additionally, you'll have access to complimentary WiFi internet throughout the property.
