Die Lage ist sehr gut, da in der Nähe schöne Wanderungen möglich sind, aber auch die Südtirol mit den Dolomiten, sowie das Vilgratental sehr schnell erreicht werden können. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und haben uns tolle Wandertips und sehr interessante Informationen über das Bergleben und die Region gegeben. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer-mit fantastischen Betten, einer Wohnküche und einem Bad ist sie für eine Familie mit 1 oder 2 Kindern ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben die Ruhe im Haus und in der Umgebung genossen. Wahrscheinlich lag es auch daran, dass es keinen Fernseher gab und man andere Möglichkeiten nutze, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, z.B. die vorhandenen Gesellschaftsspiele. Total genial ist der Brötchenservice, jeden Morgen frische Brötchen an der Tür, ohne aus dem Haus zu müssen! Auch wenn es bei unserem Aufenthalt keinen Schnee gab, waren wir bei herrlichsten Sonnenschein viel unterwegs, da die Berge zum Besteigen einluden. Aber die Haupt-Pisten waren sehr gut präpariert und so kommen auch die Skifahrer zu ihrem Vergnügen. In näherer Umgebung (per Auto) gibt es viele Skigebiete, der nächste Berg (für Anfänger oder Kinder ideal) ist zu Fuss in 10 min erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht um unser Wohlbefinden und wir genossen die Gespräche mit ihnen. Viele interessante Dinge über die Region, konnten wir von Georg erfahren und sagen auf diesem Wege: Danke dafür und für die nette Bewirtung!! ##### Christian G. L'accueil est parfait, particulièrement convivial ; Georg est très présent pour toute question relative au séjour. Aug 16, 2014 #### Gentilezza e grande accoglienza La casa si trova nel bellissimo paese di Kartitsch, nell'Alta Pusteria, a pochi chilometri da Sillian. La zona è interessante perché è a pochi minuti di auto da San Candido, Dobbiaco e Lienz, ma è molto tranquilla, oltre che molto ricca di camminate per ogni livello di difficoltà. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo trascorso la settimana era molto grazioso e pulito: si componeva di bagno con doccia, cucina con lavastoviglie, piccolo ingresso con terrazzo e camera da letto arredata con il legno ben recuperato di un vecchio fienile: nel complesso molto accogliente! Il padrone di casa, George, è stato davvero gentilissimo: ci ha dato molti consigli sui posti da visitare, una sera ha invitato noi e gli altri inquilini per un bicchiere di vino da gustare in compagnia, e ci ha fornito di molti materiali per orientarsi nella vasta offerta turistica del posto. Di notte la zona è tranquillissima, e ad ogni modo gli infissi dell'appartamento, in tripla camera isolante, garantivano un ottimo silenzio! Insomma, nel complesso è stato un soggiorno davvero positivo. Anche dal punto di vista economico il rapporto qualità prezzo è a nostro avviso vantaggioso, specie tenendo conto dei prezzi che spesso si trovano in zone italiane limitrofe. ##### Paolo M. Accueil très CHALEUREUX du propriétaire qui s'est montré très disponible pour répondre à nos questions ! L'appartement est confortable et est très bien situé pour la découverte de l'Osttirol autrichien mais aussi du sudtirol italien et du massif des Dolomites. Nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées et découvert un lac de montagne à l'eau très pure : le Weissensee ( à une heure de route en direction de Lienz). Très belle région !
