When we arrived, one of the staff could not trace any of our booking. We had to call your office to get assistance which was a very expensive affair. It took the intervention of another staff to check in their records and trace the emails with our bookings. It is better to remove the photo of the pool form the webpage otherwise you are selling a product that doesn't reflect the reality. Another issue is with the Airport transfers. The website advertises that they offer transfers while they are not offering. It is almost impossible to get the water in the room forget about anything else. I need to go to reception to get my water that too they will take cash and no receipts would be given. I liked spacious room which is as twice large as an average one. I also liked the kind services rendered by the staff. Also highly apporeciable, that the public areas are always maintained clean. The location of the hotel in the center makes taking care of all the businesses much easier.
