"I stayed for nine nights, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were outstanding, housekeeping always adapted to our needs, and the room facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted precisely to our preferred temperature, which is surprisingly uncommon. The entire team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gabriel, who made my daughter feel truly special by preparing her bedtime milk at exactly the temperature she liked, and to Niccola, who introduced me to the world of grappa.
