Apartment block "Plein Soleil A", 3 storeys. In the district of Chevalley, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.6 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Motor access to 30 m from the house (ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 280 m, bakery 1.5 km, café 280 m, bicycle rental 1.4 km, bus stop "Postal Ovronnaz, Plein Soleil" 67 m, railway station "Riddes" 11.3 km, thermal baths 2.1 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, chair lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski rental 1.2 km, ski bus stop 280 m, ski school 1.2 km, cross country ski track 2.4 km. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.  
"Plein Soleil A 7", 2-room apartment 53 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Large balcony 16 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 7 (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only.
