The "L'Eden" is a very modern, beautiful, and cosy three-storey chalet located in the resort of Ovronnaz, Switzerland. It offers a well-kept garden with a lawn, a storage room for skis, central heating, parking for four cars, and a single garage. With amenities like Internet Wifi, parking, and a yard, this vacation rental provides a comfortable and convenient stay.

The chalet enjoys a quiet, sunny, and elevated position, allowing you to relish the serene surroundings. The garden with a well-maintained lawn offers an inviting outdoor space for relaxation. Just an example of the beautiful natural setting the chalet provides.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet is conveniently located near various amenities, such as a supermarket (1.3 km), restaurant (700 m), bar (400 m), bakery (1.3 km), bicycle rental (1.3 km), and thermal baths "Les Bains d'Ovronnaz" (450 m). The bus stop "Centre thermal Berney" is 500 m away, and the railway station "Riddes" is 11 km from the property.

The chalet spans an area of 150 square meters and features a spacious 5-room layout with a south-facing position, ensuring ample natural light throughout the property. The main level comprises a bright living/dining room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, radio, and CD player, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. This area leads out to the garden and a balcony, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and cable TV, providing comfort and convenience. This room also offers access to the balcony.  
  
The open kitchen is well-appointed with modern amenities, including an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. For your convenience, a cooking island and a fondue set (cheese) are also provided. A separate WC is available on this level for added privacy. On the lower ground floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a terrace. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Lastly, the top floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), offering a cozy and unique sleeping area.
