It has a spacious layout, original hardwood floors, and is located 1/2 a mile from Eastern Kentucky University. Relax in either of the bedrooms, in the living room, or under the gazebo out back. The house is comfortable and well cared for. We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop.
