Under the front porch or under a tree in the backyard, or in the enclosed back sitting area; wherever you want to just relax. Neighborhood was quiet. Interior is so spacious, you could hold a small group event upstairs or downstairs. Very clean and well stocked cabinets for food or jump out to the backyard and grill!
