There is so much natural light and it is beautifully decorated. We loved the location. It was an easy walk to many fun downtown restaurants. Jeffrey is an attentive host. He made sure our checkin was smooth and that we had everything we needed during our stay. Located within easy walking distance to downtown and UK. Very clean and host had everything we needed. Newly renovated and was incredible. Host was super easy to communicate and work with. The check in and location was PERFECT for everything we had to do the 4 days we were in Kentucky. When we arrived, that night there was a bad storm that knocked out our internet and tv streaming and she was more than accommodating to make sure it got back working so I could do a little work on vacation. We had everything we needed (stayed in and cooked one evening), and she made excellent restaurant recommendations to us! I, myself, am a VRBO owner of a property in Fort Myers, and she was exactly as I am with my guests.
