Hotel itself was nice clean rooms THE POOL WAS GREEN NOT USEABLE huge let down ,the hotel itself doesnt have a working phone number nor the ability to extend my stay overall a disapointment and wouldnt recommend

I loved the staff. They were very friendly. They spoke every time you came in and left. They asked if everything was going good. The breakfast was very good. Especially the time it lasted. It was always hot and fresh. There wasn’t a lot of people there when I went but those that were there was not loud. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The housekeepers were very nice. Kept my room clean. Made sure I was happy with my room. Gave towels everyday.

It is well located among variety of business and restaurants just 20 minutes from Colombia airport. floors in general could be upstaged, should have available waters, chips, cold sandwiches etc in the lobby, and a local telephone line in the rooms connecting with front desk, otherwise everything else is great!👍👏

This hotel is falling apart. The sink would not shut off, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling, and there were stains on virtually everything. The condition of the facility did not match the pictures (almost like they were taken 10 years or more ago). Everything felt dirty and neglected.

Great hotel! Clean, quiet, pleasant. Walk to Starbucks, Walmart and a couple of resturants. Staff was very pleasant! Stayed 4 nights and will definitely stay again to visit family.

The property smelt very bad of smoke and had an unclean smell. We dropped our bags off went for a walk on the beach came back and pulled down the bed cover. There was hair and other thi gs in the bed!! The shower was dirty and had hair in it! We went to the front desk and told them that we wantes a refund and the room was dirty. They didnt offer to clean the room or get a different room and they told us that we couldn't have a refund because we had been checked in for 4 hours. I am still trying to get the refund. We did take pictures and will post them if able to

The photos on provided are NOT photos of the actual property. The hotel is old and falling apart, it smells like cigarette smoke covered up with a cheap car air freshener. The room was disgusting, there was a roach stuck to the wall in the closet and roach legs stuck to the wall where someone has killed it then tried to pluck it off the wall. The lamp looked like it had blood on the shade and the bed had a massive dent in it. The carpets were filthy and sticky, the bathtub was dirty, and the toilet hardly flushed. We had booked the hotel for three nights and ended up “staying” for one. By staying I mean we sat up and waited for the sun to ride and booked a different hotel. I was so grossed out by the hotel we immediately went and washed all of our clothing items out of fear of bugs. DO NOT stay here.
