It’s on a quiet street just a few short minutes drive from downtown Lexington. The property has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The communication with our host was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again! The only thing I must highlight for future guests is that it’s really only a 4 BR house. The 5th “BR” is 2 double beds located in an upstairs hallway. It served our purposes just fine, but the 5th BR is not its own separate room with a closet and door for privacy, so it’s important to know that if you truly NEED 5 true BRs for your stay. That being said, the property is fantastic, and we had a great time. Thanks!! ##### david c. Seth did a wonderful job communicating with me before, during and after our stay. He was super accommodating in responding to any needs we had. My buddies (USMC veterans) and I have been doing a men's weekend in different cities for the past 13 years and Seth's house was the nicest of our stays all round! ##### Jeremy g.
