Walk Out The Door Into Downtown Lex! This home features 5 bdrms & 3 full baths. The main bdrm w/views of the Harbor features a King Bed & private bathroom! The 2nd features a King bed as well w/its own bathroom that is shared w/the living room (two entrances). The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-size beds w/a walk-out door to the patio! There are also 2 bdrms & a full bathroom. In the first downstairs bdrm, there are 3 queen beds! The 2nd bdrm features a full & twin-size bed that is great for kids! Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s). \-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s). The views - the very large gathering space facing the beautiful window facing the horizon- we got up every morning to catch these amazing views. All the furniture was well placed and provided ample space for us to relax. The couch and loveseat recliners were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked - very nice gas stove - ample sized refrigerator and lots of cupboards. The beds and bedrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The shops within a short block of the home gave us just the right amount of getaway shopping that we needed. The Host was very accommodating, communicated promptly and check in to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home was spotless and ready to welcome us. It is listed as five bedrooms but the two in the basement either didn’t have a window at all or didn’t have an egress window. The light in the windowless room didn’t have a proper o warhead light and was creepy. The other bedroom had wet floors every day from leaks from somewhere. The dehumidifier should have been sitting on some kind of pan to keep water off floors. We ended up with one adult daughter have cold and allergy symptoms from the dampness , plus walking around on wet carpet wasn’t great either. But the first floor was amazing. We loved the telling chairs. No steps to the hot tub so we had to go out and get a small folding stepladder to use. There was a patio chair pulled up to it that previous guests must have used and it had a hole in the seat. We didn’t know if the golf cart was part of the deal so we didn’t use it. But it looked pretty cool. We were lucky enough to have music in the part on two nights. We loved it. We might consider using it again because the location is so great but some of our family ended up sleeping elsewhere after the weird downstairs bedrooms. ##### Bruce H. From the beautiful sunrises viewed from the windows to walks in the lovely Lexington community, this house worked out very well for us. The patio overlooks the harbor where you can see ships and boats, and parasailers. Walks on the beach or pier, lunch at local eateries, great little shops, all so close by, gave us plenty to do! You can find everything you need close by. The house had plenty of space for all, especially in the common areas. ##### Kathy S. We had all my son's, their wives and I got to baby sit my grands on the night of the wedding. The house worked great for our crew. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The only issue was the lower level toilet was leaking in the back of it. I told Jesse about it, but they didn't do anything about it while we were there. I figured, it was probably due to the weekend. No problem though, our family just worked with the other 2 bathrooms. Thank you Jesse, or Frank, we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again. ##### Adrienne G. This property was excellent. We are a family of 20,my children and grandchildren. We had plenty of space and everything was great. This has been one of the cleanest rentals we have been in so far. There is basically 3 separate areas so it would be amazing for multiple families sharing the space. Some of the policies, frequent communication, and a few other little things were distracting so I would choose a different house next time/property manager. ##### Ashley G. We enjoyed the home. It has a beautiful view. Thank you for the sleds! Our Texas boys spent two afternoons sledding. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the Lake. ##### Jenny C. Plenty of space to accommodate our group of 17 whether enjoying a cozy fire or for watching the sunrise. The home is conveniently located on the corner of Main Street so need to drive anywhere.
